My girlfriend, a hotel room, and a 30 year old

alright, here goes. may bit long i'm curious many opinions possible on this.

girlfriend (age 21, i'm 22) worked @ private client bank , worked 30 year old man hit on @ work. around christmas time staff party, both there other people drinking (of course) , had idea going sleep night , when didn't happen upset/angry. apparently had told him date encourage him come party or something. nothing happened that's little background info.

fast forward now: girlfriend studied abroad 4 months in england , got few days ago. things between great. went , visited 2+ weeks , amazing. had convocation yesterday , , family there , things good. yesterday afternoon texted me saying "dave" (not real name) wanted catch , hang out , asked if alright that.

@ first said yeah sure... remembered dave 30 year old work hit on , wanted sleep @ staff party. ask if he's same guy... says yes. same guy no longer works @ bank girlfriend... lives 2 hours away whatever reason in town every , , stays in hotel. asked visit him @ hotel room watch hockey game him , catch up.

@ point... i'm trying stay calm because of fact thought going.. , have half hour long conversation how feel bad idea , should meet him somewhere else @ coffee shop or restaurant... or go group of girls. end of conversation had got point across arguments , had said "okay, you're right. didn't think that. yeah" - got bunch of answers that. have no problem if hangs out guy, had big problem hanging out in hotel room watching hockey game (most tvs set infront of beds in hotel rooms begin with). hotel bar had no problem with.

heard nothing few hours.

@ 930pm texted me saying asked him if hang out in hotel restaurant or instead. said "well there's chairs , couches in hotel.. don't have go near bed" , enough her. told me "guage situation" , "trusts herself not let happen." said "i trust you, don't trust him. putting in 100% avoidable situation , not know happen." go on , on there's many reasons why stupid idea. feel there's no reason should @ hotel room alone when doesn't have be. ends going 30 year old's hotel room @ 10:15pm watch "hockey game" (which half way in third period @ point) , there until 12:20am. sent text or 2 while there , "everything's fine. don't worry" i'm pissed off @ fact knew how felt , didn't feel should go , went anyways.

feel situation escalated in sense hit on @ work , upset when wasn't able sleep , inviting hotel room 4 months later without having seen each other. asked her... if in shoes... , met 30 year old girl hit on me @ work , asked me hotel room , went after told me didn't want me to... how feel?? "i guess i'd upset..." along lines response got.

of course feels decision okay because "nothing happened" in end , makes harder point across stupid thing do.

right in thinking shouldn't have gone hotel room? late @ night? 30 year old sexually attracted her? small girl if came , wanted on power wouldn't issue. frightening.

when suggested going coffee or said "but it's more date , don't want seen in public him. , wanted leave whenever wanted" (this seems reasonable @ coffee , i'm pretty sure coffee isn't date unless both make , better hotel room).

sorry if seems big rant, i'm pretty frustrated she's smart girl , things between great , comes out of nowhere. bottom line went after how against knew was. , fact don't think there's reason @ should ever near hotel room alone. happened last night.

tl;dr. 21 year old girlfriend gets invited 30 year old guys hotel room work catch after study abroad in england. hits on @ work , angry didn't sleep @ staff christmas party. tell think bad idea , says okay , ends going room @ 10pm anyways

advice mr? should confront her, angry, ignore it, break her? went against feelings , went. still can't believe it. i'm 100% sure nothing happened that's not point me...

 

umm...i on it. gave advice , chose opposite of wanted. situation turned out fine. think you're making way big deal out of this. think need trust when says knows situation enough.
