Random iMac 27" 2011 freezes.

so, imac keeps crashing , freezing.
of crashes happen when using win7 64bit in bootcamp, machine freezes welcome text, takes 1-2 hours.
have reinstalled windows, formatted drive, re-made bootcamp partition, used diffremt bootcamp versions , different drivers/updates. nothing. still happens.

osx side crashes rare, still there, while watching flash videos on full-screen.

1 common thing these crashes is, when happens, imac starts causing loud, buzzing sound. , sound comes speakers, or whatever plugged audio-jack @ moment.
, no, not normal imac memory-fail or general failure sound. sound different every time, , comes if there no sound playing when crash happens.

so, have slightest idea, problem. machine less month old , haven't seen crash-free day in past 2 weeks.

i have 1 question, see looked @ memory original 4 or have added more? if added memory imac have tried removing added memory , running original 4? if fixes issue try new memory in imac, seems our imacs can picky ram , memory slot in when matching pairs.
