Upgrade from Core Duo to C2D - is it possible?

i have older macbook 13" a1181 (black) core duo 2.0ghz processor 2gb of ram , wondering if it's possible upgrade core 2 duo 2.16/2.4 ghz processor, can run lion.

since there many variations, figure it's possible hoping confirm or deny thoughts?
 

there no way upgrade macbook's cpu.
