17 inch Studio Display issue

hi guys!

i've had computer week or 2 now, , love it. it's powermac g4 , 17 inch studio display pro mouse , keyboard.

display works great, there's issue. power light monitor flashes 3 times; twice short, , third long. suppose backlighting? didn't notice irregularities in screen until went close up(from position in monitor, looked fine).

can do? have authorized apple agent in city, there if having agent fix screen not option?

edit: might add happened after moving monitor on desk. have inside that's loose?
 

with inverter precisely. can disassembly , see if isn't loose. 17" studio service manual on web.
