Airport turns off, won't turn back on.

i have been having problem increasing frequency. when online, computer's wireless freeze up, , airport turn off. after this, cannot turn airport on, either option grayed out, or airport icon refusing respond being clicked upon. have restart computer work normally.

there way fix this? underlying problem here?
 

sounds bad airport card.
