Spilled water on macbook pro

based on have read here...i did have done wrong. sorry going long i'm trying include details possible.

saturday evening while @ friend's place spilled cup of water on 2 month old macbook pro. went on keyboard , trackpad. soaked , flipped on stupidly did not turn off. (listened 2 friends know nothing computers that's beside point now) let sit 30 mins resting on it's front edges tipi. decided rest keyboard side flat on towel screen side hanging off table still without turning off. (idiot, know) withing minutes turned off on own or died? left way overnight , tried turn on in morning nothing happening. while pretty sure battery still had charge in plugged in , did see green light go on , turn orange start charging again not turn on. thinking bad idea unplugged power , poured rice on towel , laid down couple of hours. had pack , head home sat in car 2 hours. when got home took off , still feel moisture. off (but battery & hard drive still in couldn't tri wing torx until tuesday) slipped old panty hose , laid on bed of rice 24 hours. propped in front of fan overnight , tried again yesterday still nothing. while no longer feel/see moisture, left sit battery out. tried again morning nothing happening.

do now? it's been 84 hours since incident. can't sure short circuited because can't see or smell has been burned. hard drive fine i've pulled off immediate items needed access. based on have read suspect power button might dead or logic board? i'm going wait day or think need take apple looked at. i'm water damage obvious though can't see off , battery out i've read there 4 moisture sensors inside it. i'm assuming warranty void now. if/when take in should say...that stopped working?

further advice on could/should do?

in advance.

apple isn't stupid; able tell water damage.

need new logic board, costs as new machine.
