Transferring Final Cut Express to New Mac

hello,

have final cut express 4 installed on imac (27'' mid 2010). next month i'm going macbook pro 15" , remove imac , put on macbook pro-hopefully without paying licence. ok long it's not on more 1 computer @ once? i'd removing imac, installing on new mac.

work or there complications?
 

you should able install fcp 4 on new mbp without having delete 1 on imac. think can that. 100% sure of it. think license agreement says can install 2 computers own. 1 serving backup and/or mobile version.
