Resize windows partition with out formatting?

i need expand windows partition don't want have erase data on it. have bunch of games on windows rift need downloaded again , rift alone near 10gb.

there way me this?

in advance.
 

i have used last week paragon partition manager 11 this. carefull not create new partitons or delete partition since have had corrupted partition table. make backup first.

alternative use winclone, make backup , use bootcamp assistant create new bootcamp (larger) partition , restore.

ps software found backup both os x , ntfs @ same time copycatx need large external hdd , boot external hdd.
