Lion Probs:Java/Sotware Updates/Safari

hello all,

i've installed lion on macpro released here today in uk, , seems alright except 2 or 3 bad probs.

firstly, upon restarting, tells me can't run photoshop cs5 without java runtime , offers let me install it.

clicking ok makes start downloading or installing stops part way through , never restarts again.

force-quitting , trying again doesn't work @ , doesn't begin d/l, requiring force quit.

also, trying update itunes in software update gets part pay along progress bar before stalls well.

, thirdly, safari connects web page ok, opening other tabs , trying connect other sites fails , window stays blank while radar wheel spins.

quitting , trying restart safari results in dock icon bouncing endlessly , safari not launching.

firefox works fine know it's not connection.

also, turning off firewall, little snitch , restarting don't @ either.

it's annoying!

i have same problem. i've re-installed lion self-created usb drive , gets same behavior (used migration assistant though).

how did upgrade lion? app store?
