MBP Blinking Screen when watching full screen videos.

my mid 2010 mbp's screen blinks when try , watch things on internet(ex. netflix). when go full screen mode blinks black , when go windowed mode fine, doesn't blink. after couple seconds thing windows used do, when drag window around leaves little copies behind(image posted) after 10 seconds of goes away. runs videos through quicktime, vlc, mplayerx , of fine. happens full screen videos internet browsers. happens chrome, safari, , firefox. ones i've tested on.

seems wrong internet videos themselves, possibly microsoft silverlight(the program netflix uses) because blinking doesn't happen youtube videos.

heres picture of copies on screen. screen shotted few minutes ago.

update: running video vlc , not blinking copies thing , video turns black after while. not sure what's going on, believe display or graphics card problem.
