Outlook problem = sent Jpegs become unreadable

i'm having issues outlook '11. whenever send jpeg mac via outlook '11, image gets corrupted. appears happen if image opened using windows 7 or vista (i can view fine using xp or mac). driving me crazy because no other files corrupted, jpegs or pdfs containing jpeg images.

know problem stems from? can't seem figured out!
