20 meg limit over 3G whose fault?

the 20mb limit single download on 3g at&ts thing or apples? im going att being reason. if so, whats limit on verizon? of course google why bother when im here. :d

last question, limit mean icloud stuff? thx

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
