iChat problem

hello i'm on 10.6.7 - macbook pro 2011, seeing when use ichat usual, when double click them , open in preview app, previewed images created file on desktop

tried trash ichat, preview prefs, no way !

if friend drag chat window , double click better see preview app, see image created on desktop arrgghhh !!!

tried keep them there, hoping after restart cleared such temparary files...but no way :-(

what's happening?
seems invisible previewed files visible and/or prevent them cleared after restart.

suggestion ??

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
