Ipad used as graphics tablet?

im wondering if there apps allow ipad used graphics tablet photoshop or other software? , if not there ever app capable of this?

thanks.
 

i'd surprised honest. ipad doesn't capture inputs precisely enough, it's less sensitive cheap graphics tab.
