Is it possible to replace a screen that has many small scratches and blemishes?

hi, ipod touch screen has many little scratches , blemishes. don't want that--so, repair center able replace screen (or maybe outer scratched layer of screen)? ideas of how cost? thanks!

ifixit.com has information. didn't mention generation ipod own. why not try polishing compound on glass surface first?

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
