Proofpoint Encryption

a company work routinely send me messages encrypted proofpoint encryption when need send me attachment. use apple mail , these messages refuse load. when click on message directs open them webpage.

if in safari loads page , have login read message. doing crashes safari. gets beachball , activity monitor shows eating memory (i've let 4gb before killed one). if open page in firefox can login in message has problems. none of buttons work right. can't access attachment or anything, read text.

i've been mac user 5 years , first time i've ever come across can't works without problem on pc.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
