World of Warcraft on last-gen MVP 15?

for have owned or have had great deal of experience playing or watching wow on 2010 model mbp (the lowest 1 on current referb totem pole, 256mb 330m graphics) how game run? keep consistent fps decent settings? hold while raiding? point of comparison, deciding between $1200 referb pro , $1100 referb imac (which has 512 card in it), , lady prefers second laptop on imac long laptop price , wow right. thanks!
 

i used 10/20 man raids on it. don't remember settings did fine. averaged 30+fps had capped @ 50 keep getting hot. 2.53ghz i5, , 1680x1050 display, should better if using 1400x900 display.
