How to disable Hyper Threading on 10.7?

reaching out developers out there. i'm interested in finding cpupallet preference panel use either located under /library/application support/hwprefs/cpupalette or under extras folder in developer tools. both locations gone.

if knows can find preference panel again appreciate it.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
