How to: Turn off VoiceOver

hey everyone,

purchased appletv gen2 , cannot figure out how in world turn off annoying voiceover.. quick advice?
 

settings > general - it's inside menu in case comes across same problem.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
