imac fans malfunction

so have mid 2010 intel imac fan issues. replaced hd , installed lion, shorty after install once getting acclimated new interface cpu, hdd , optical drive fans started running @ full blast. did investigating , found out replacing hd may result in increased fan speed, not sure why other 2 fans running @ high. have istat , temperatures normal not fans. have same issue , or can help?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
