Lion only works in Safe Mode (Help Please!). Is this bad?

that's rhetorical question. it's bad.

began os x lion installation morning, gone day , computer shut off i'm guessing after installation. got home hour ago , booted up, when log in (normal mode) can't click on screen (the mouse move) , keyboard unresponsive. how fix this? can't reinstall lion, because on app store says "installed" next app. asap awesome. pro tools le came in today , i'd use haha.

p.s. mid 2010 macbook pro 13"
snow leopard updates go.
think computer went safe sleep or while gone. out of juice (but lion totally installed far can tell. in safe mode.)
