My iPad has screen burn?

i experiencing screen burn similar in plasma tv when ipad in portrait.

can see burn in of time, battery, , wifi signal underneath current. has else had issue? known causes et cetera?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
