Parallels & Windows 7: One licence per computer?

i have parallels , windows 7 installed in 13" macbook pro. if wanted install programs in 27" imac need buy additional license both programs, right? (one license per computer, it?)
 

duff-man says....yes. operating systems (as far non-corporate or site license user concerned) single computer unless otherwise stated, apple's "family pack" instance. parallels, single computer per software key http://www.parallels.com/about/eula/ - it's in there....oh yeah!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
