Why would you use Launchpad when you have Spotlight or Quicksilver?

keystroke prompted file launchers seem faster using launchpad apps , whatever opening files. know of ios features aimed @ casual user, think casual user prefer launch app after pressing keystroke , typing name of it.

there benefit launchpad missing?
 

what if easier touch app on launchpad go keyboard, or launch software keyboard, , start typing. ;)


method launch applications, people visual , prefer use visual method rather remembering application called etc. know grandparents use launchpad example if had mac. don't see myself using sure there people , if benefits mac experience better.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
