Airport Extreme Limited Internet Access?

ok airport extreme has been working fantastic ever since sister moved in laptop http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=n82e16834200142

, whenever shes on it, apple airport work fine, out of no internet cut out. still connected "no internet access" problem lies within airport express , im trying figure out whats wrong. while using internet disconnect. other people in house use internet on computers (my mom's macbook), (a toshiba notebook), (printer setup) (iphone), (ipad), ever sence sister's dell laptop connected it's been giving me problems.

i don't know if helps, youmight want check airport extreme's radio settings.

if it's transmitting on 5ghz may struggle when tries connect b/g bandwidth. had similar problem.

check other wireless products aren't conflicting - wifi routers haven't had antennae turned off instance.

in airport utility control panel can force base station particular band if devices n devices force that.

check dell, in w7 wireless manager sufficient , dell throw own rubbish bloatware can conflict.
