Best website for third-party iPad 2 glass replacement?

does have recommendation website replace glass/digitizer on ipad 2? got moderately sized scratches on dogs jumping on (on couch), made worse trying fix them toothpaste (i'm idiot, apparently). i'm pretty sure can done @ apple store, charge $249 it. correct? finding other websites $179 including return shipping (example). specific site good, or have better recommendations? don't want replace myself, had pretty bad experience trying replace iphone display.
