iphone 4 thrown onto floor. Now has WSOD

my girlfriend threw iphone 4 onto floor , cracked screen , plate. replaced both screen , when turned on phone screen white. don't hear noises when pressing screen show device on pc , vibrate when pluging in, have restored device result same.

i've done suggestions i've read on forums here no success.

has warranty because replaced screen thats done. , last time tried bring phone cracked screen apple store wanted $230 replace phone.

suggestions on can try appreciated.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
