Paperless in highschool using ipad>?

hey going try go paperless next year in highschool ipad. put textbooks on , use jotnot pdf scanner homework. need suggestions though. okay since wont go paperless , scan homework in , homework on ipad but, how should hand in teacher or send them in way not go through hassle every time need mark homework??????
 

neat idea , maybe norm in future. until school adopts ipads part of curriculum it's going more work pen & paper.
