PDF reader that supports jpeg2000

hi,

using goodreader pdf reader appears can not render jpeg2000 images in pdfs (the images rendered white space). have read workarounds involve using desktop computer, not viable solution me. appears issue quite common many ipad pdf reader type applications.

know of pdf reader applications support jpeg2000 on ipad, or work around involves ipad?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
