Windows on Macbook Pro and iMac

hi,

i've purchased imac , wondering if anyway can install same copy of windows 7 on installed on macbook pro. 1 user license far aware wondering if way of transfering licenses between machines, maybe migrating them 1 another?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
