Apple TV update to 4.2.2 makes it worthless

the latest update 4.2.2 made apple tv worthless.
can no longer stream video itunes. when looks it's going work, shows image , never buffers or starts.

netflix app incredibly slow , laggy , freezes point it's unwatchable.

hope fix :(
 

am mistaken hasn't 4.2.2 been out awhile, or there update today?

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
