Route port to certain network connection

i wondering if possible have port use 1 network connection, , have rest use another. right now, wifi i'm on not allow remote desktop unless tunnel through (deathly slow) vpn. have option of tethering iphone, again, rather slow. know if there way route remote desktop ports through either vpn or iphone, , have normal web traffic run off wifi.
 

never mind, subscribed high-speed domestic vpn, times this.
