vmware fusion - don't open .com extension

hello,

got .com virus in mac mail, , test if vmware run on doubleclick, tried this. , yes, did start vmware , tried unsuspend windows. cancelled @ moment.

however, question is, how remove default opening software .com? don't want vmware opening file mac @ all. have dialog box appear "we don't know open with, please select program" or "this file can't run on mac."

other extensions vmware have configured open windows?
 

so purposely double clicked on virus :confused:

easiest way stop vmware not running .com programs receive not double click them, or misunderstanding post.
