Another "sync iphone to new computer" problem

hi,

have searched google answers, looked @ 498 threds in forums, diy's, tips , tricks hasnt found problem:(

what have:
iphone 4, 4.2.1 software , jailbreaked (greenpois0n), hp laptop 4-5 years old, win vista (formated many times).

my problem:
i synced phone computer, computer crashed, formated it, without knowing should had backed folder in itunes containing sync(?).

now, when check box sync contacts windows contacts, message:
the information on iphone synced useraccount (i have logged in same account use), , ask me if want sync account , information instead?

and 2 choises:
1: coordinate information on unit information account (in case choose wrong word, coordinate means use info account , phone , put together:eek:)
2: replace info on unit information account.

when check "sync apps", choise change apps on phone whats in library/account. (my account has been synced, there som apps, "early" in iphone carriere has half of got today.

the big question:
what do? offcours dont want miss apps , surtanly not conatacts! (contacts important!)

looks option coordinate? or loose data anyway? :mad:
, why on earth cant copy on phone , start new library!? make easyer :confused:


hope of :apple: experts have solution me! :p

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
