iMac display question. Not sure if this is dead pixels or not.

on imac in top left corner have looks gray smoke. computer year in half old. don't know if dead pixels or not. there easy fix this? did see online free app called pixel fix, worth downloading?
 

grey smoke? might moisture spot humidity or temperature change in room imac in.

i'd recommend taking apple store or apple authorized provider remove glass panel see if can cleaned off.
