New Mac Mini memory

i'm planning buy basic model of new mini want 4gb of ram. think apple upgrade bit expensive want mycself. kind of memory should buy? know it's ddr3 that's it. need buy 4 or gb, hence there available space or need replace existing memory?

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
