$4 Gevey SIM = iPhone Unlocked. True?

i went on ebay , typed in gevey sim expecting find them $50 or more. (i have paid too!) instead found this- $3 gevey.

real? can stick bad boy in iphone 4 cut t-mobile sim card , i'm go? what's catch?
 

you'll have make sure it's not first gen gevey. afaik, don't work iphone 4.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
