backup ipad 2's data and app?

i have been searching on google , on site haven't seen definitive.

have 4.3.0 ipad 2 , want try jb. however, want make sure can have data , application have after jb. how go doing this?
 

looking titanium backup droid preserves everything.(including app's data/record , not).

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
