iPhone 4 stolen help with At&t

so last night on subway punk kid grabbed phone , ran. anyway at&t kindly informed me new 1 $649...which lame. anyway on family plan girlfriend , wondering if of guys knew if start new contract at&t iphone. got go phone old account , removed data plan. if started new contract new sim card made info of first plan , put in new iphone?

clarify: had iphone 4 on account. stolen got rid of data plan , got go phone. if start new account (adding line family plan) go att store , ask microsim original accounts info , put in new phone?

work? think $10 more month add line. help. better cancelling other line.

tips ideas? sound work?
 

iphone's not save data on sim card.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
