Just started up my new 13" Air.

there no sound or camera working. go facetime , says no camera connected. go preferences check sound settings , says no input/output devices detected.

strange thing startup chime still works.

ideas can do?
 

pry open , see if unplugged.
j/k. take baby apple store bought it.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
