Mail transferred from time machine backup to another machine doesn't work

hello guys,

backed data on desktop , used time machine transferred on other machine. user , same , works fine mail doesn't open on laptop.
app active , spinning wheel window mails etc. doesn't show up. in system preferences correct , looks fine.
there way how transfer mails (except export-> import) or how fix no response app problem?

folder correct size etc on desktop (user/library/mail)

ideas? thank

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
