Trying to set up ultimate home network!

ok, maybe that's overselling little.

i'm moving house has ethernet cables installed @ least of rooms. want take advantage of wires create seamless wireless network works throughout house, see in office buildings or college campuses. on top of this, want extend range work in yard @ distance house. not understand networking, advice highly appreciated. there seem lots of big commercial systems available (for campus or office building), nothing obvious little consumer big dreams. i'm trying work out if current equipment can co-opted purpose.

plan make use of ethernet cables in place set wireless access points @ different points throughout house. have couple of expresses i'm using extend wireless network. these appropriate use purpose (extend wired network, rather wireless one)?

currently, i'm using extreme "hub spokes". there 3 ethernet outputs, , i'm not sure enough. i'm planning on adding home server (driven mini) system, i'm running out of ports. simple add yet router system create more ports?

has else tried this? there more appropriate system out there better designed want do?

 

impossible say. don't give indication of how big house is, construction is, how far want extend network, frequency space want use, or how willing spend.

people router , 1 repeater more sufficient cover of house , yard. seems have that.
