Upgrading RAM & SSD of 13" Mid-2010

buy corsair ram. have 1 right atm, 1333mhz 8gb, , works pretty well. significant speed boost on 2gb ram.

don't own of ssds, i've read on forum, samsung 470 , crucial m4 (with firmware 2 update) pretty ssds. if worried having pay around $300 180gb or $400 250gb, go seagate momentus xt 500gb, costs $100.
user name 'philflow.' has various ssds, including momentus xt. should able out on choosing ssds.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
