Ordering an Air with norwegian keyboard in the US

while on trip new york in september, planning new macbook air. top-spec'ed 13" i7 costs $1.699 in costs around $2.650 here, quite lot of money save on it.

although possible change keyboard layout in software, of course want have equipped norwegian keyboard (and power supply, other sockets here). aware of not possible online, know if possible me order 1 @ apple store in new york , pick when there? happy information on how can contact local store in new york, preferrably e-mail, explain them , if possible, make order. or better, if planning visit store maybe ask them directly it. appreciated

can't see why shouldn't possible of them come same factory anyway (i notice possible order 1 spanish keyboard), guess "politics" might cause problems make more money if bought here in norway... fact not 1 @ @ price.
