Restocking fees in Canada, British Columbia?

i purchased new mac mini, opened it, not satisfied it.

heard in states @ least, apple stores no longer charge restocking fees.

receipt says "except prohibited, 10% restocking fee apply non-defective item requires apple perform rework prior resale".

live in vancouver, british columbia. 1 have experience this?

defects, technically can considered defective has problems working dell u2311h, others have reported in other threads.

however, hoping accept return no questions asked.
