spotlight/finder is broken. mds and mdworker consuming all cpu

>>>>>>tl;dr :
a) command line alternative "command-f" in finder search parameters:
1)kind any
2)system files included

b) should worried process mdworker23
c) mds taking on 100% of cpu along side 3 mdworker , 2 mdworker23 processes<<<<<<<<<

had installed evernote earlier try out, when figured didnt try uninstall manually suggested best thorough way delete installed applications(if u know of alternatives pls let me know).
command-f in finder, add option "system files included" .

search parameters have right is:
1)kind any
2)system files included

proceed search term "evernote", @ point not .app file shows up, when try search nothing shows up.. appears if finder frozen.

close finder , open folder , same thing except search parameters have is:
kind any

finder shows "evernote.app" that's in applications folder. proceed add second search parameter, search "evernote", nothing changes, evernote.app appears.

after couple of google searches, tried doing:
" sudo mdutil -e /volumes/macintosh* " (why need sudo?)

get:
"/:
indexing enabled "

same thing before , search term "evernote" files such .plist , 3 other folders beginning com.apple.evernote.* proceed delete them, cant.... try search term again ... folders dont appear anymore -.- seems finder or spotlight being frozen.

not search function broken, have 2 "mdworker23" processes running, 3 "mdworker" processes running , mds taking on 100% of cpu when @ 0% , sleeping.
laptop @ point hot, can hear fans running.
there sort of command searches hard drive thoroughly files , folders , same thing trying finder 2 search parameters.

it sounds indexing process on-going, meaning search results may not accurate yet. give time.

if you'd command line way try:
code:
find ~ -name "*evernote*"
you can try 3rd-party apps file finding if want try the, 1 such program find file (i've never used myself can't speak it).

uninstalling apps done dragging trash. there apps, such appcleaner, "attempt" find associated files app well, hit or miss. of leftover files tiny though.
