Creating a boot drive/disc of Lion..

i ordered new hard drive have lion on specifically. running snow leopard , wondering if it'd possible download lion , burn disc/drive. after burning disc/drive, can delete installer , fine?

plan take disc/drive , boot new bare drive. allow me bypass installing snow leopard first?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
