Facetime? Lion? Which version?

if have purchased facetime app via mac app store, when upgrading lion, replaced native copy bundled lion, or app store purchased version remain?
 

the lion version newer 1 in mas, it'll upgraded.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
