FCPX Pet Peeve: "Storyline" ?!

so, apparently first clip add timeline area denoted "storyline" , clips placed in same first track designated such. @ first that's find , dandy, start adding b-roll, graphics , titles, etc, , things weird.

instance, have sequence of clips can adjust, crop, distort , add transitions if want. decide put preset title on part of sequence, in case don't it's placement. ok, let me select (it's outlined in yellow), , see inspector options appear , box shown around text. if double-click on title's text in canvas, can drag position around. graphic background particular title (in case, 1 called "instant replay")?

1) can't click , drag around text.
2) if inspector shows it's still "inspecting" title (with big purple "t" @ top of window), , go change x , y position manually...it freaking changes position of entire canvas!!! title , sequence of clips below it!

solution? must right-click on title graphic in timeline , select "create storyline" in order change other properties. true of else in timeline want manipulate or add transitions to.

why this?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
