My Plan To Get A New iPhone Every Year...Worth It?

hey all,

been lurker while , posted few times (love forums) have quick question guys , gals.

i'm huge apple fan. have mbp , ipad. i've wanted iphone since first came out loyal verizon since entire family uses them , service better in area. ecstatic when verizon iphone hit shelves year, contract doesn't end until august 2011 , i'm not going shelve out $600 off contract phone.

know iphone 5 rumored come out end of september, don't think can wait longer after contract runs up. i'm fed crappy droid , it's slow , painful software. plus, i'm pretty stoked ios5 , icloud.

here's i'm thinking doing....

contract runs aug. 2011 , wife's ends march 2012. means 1 of have expired contract each year.

i'm thinking going ahead , buying used iphone 4 craigslist or ebay (can spend anywhere $300 $400 out of pocket plus paypal credit have). when iphone 5 comes out, upgrade , give wife 4. when 6 comes out next year, use wife's contract 6, give 5, , sell 4 make difference. every year new phone came out.

seem workable plan? or waste of money go ahead , buy 4 don't have keep waiting around iphone 5?

if me, i'd wait iphone 5. far rest of plan, that's you. i'm no @ giving marriage advice.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
